Company is working with a NGO of USA who are collaborate  with World Bank. The objective of the company is to provide skill based livelihood enhancing education and eligibility for employment to the disadvantaged and under privileged like the urban poor , ruler poor and women. Providing appropriate skill development in collaboration with the local industries thus leading to gainful  employment is the major target of the company. Almost 40% of approx,5.5 crore people registered with unemployment exchange comprises Graduates & Post Graduates. Almost 6 People out of 100 interviewed are selected for the jobs. This reflects the said reality that the education sector does not produce the Graduates which meets the requirement of the industry. Company has undertaken the courses which meets the local requirement of a job seeker and job giver or be called as community need based programmes. The future courses will also be designed keeping in view the job requirement in the local market.

The participating in the course will make the best use the programmes offered, facilities provided and opportunities created to them.
